Our Story
An Ohio Original. A Hospitality Experience Like No Other
When we acquired the Lewis Center property in the 1950s, it was situated in a remote, underdeveloped region.
Fast forward to today, and the property is a vibrant hub of progress and development. The site has become an anchor point in a thriving community — growing better and more dynamic each year.
What began as a radio station in the 40’s evolved into Green Meadows Inn during the 60’s, which later transformed into a training center for Nationwide Insurance agents in the 70’s, and ultimately expanded into a full-scale conference and hotel by the early 00’s.
As the region continues to grow, we’re committed to providing a premier destination for families, businesses, and communities to come together to connect, celebrate, build partnerships, and make memories that will last a lifetime.
As is typical in the life cycle of all great hotels and event facilities, it was time for a comprehensive renovation and rebranding. We took the opportunity to reimagine our property for the authentic Ohioan.
We are excited to renovate this historic property, preserving its rich character while introducing modern features that enhance both its beauty and functionality. By maintaining its integrity and authenticity, we are building upon an already vibrant property to create a space that is both timeless and forward-thinking.
